I'm a Christian.
I'm a husband.
I'm a craftsman, who's chosen (or given) skill is software engineering.
I live in central Indiana (Carmel, to be exact). I've been a professional developer for 5 years with experience mostly in .NET in the Thick/Smart Client space, but also in Java, Ruby/Rails, and Flex.
I'm currently employed at Software Engineering Professionals (www.sep.com) filling the roles project lead, technical lead, architect, developer, software engineer, test engineer... (you get the idea). BTW, the postings on this site are my own and don't necessarily represent my employer’s positions, strategies or opinions.
I'm an active member of the leadership/organizational team for Indianapolis' own Alt.Net group (www.indyalt.net) and have spoken there on topics such as Continuous Integration, Castle MonoRail and Google AppEngine, and general C# and other development topics.
The name of the blog (private override) is because I'm usually a quite private person, but this is my attempt at overriding that behavior; and also because of its C# implication as well (just can't help being a geek).
